Okay, so I had a Craig Crocker moment looking at the Third Party Viewer blog post.

Everybody’s having their love-fest with Emerald, and Prokofy is knocking down the freetards and opensourcer freebiests like Bruce Lee taking on an army of ninja.

So what do folks do? They get rude with Prokofy and try to bait a reaction.

Um… folks… look in the mirror when you accuse Prokofy, eh.

(In this case, Prokofy’s being the civil one.)

Somehow I missed out on this the first time around, and gpodder had an urge to fetch it this morning, so it’s new to me.

Prokofy only “knocks someone down” by virtue of her ability to generate endless verbal diarrhea and sophistry, unencumbered by actual knowledge, until the target either is provoked into a reaction or gives up on Prokofy as an obvious crackpot and goes away. If you’ve read Prokofy’s blog, you’ve seen its repeated claims that the US Supreme Court has stated that the ad hominem fallacy is essential to democracy. I personally think Prokofy is incapable of anything other than ad hominem–it’s all I’ve seen on the blog, at least.
